So, I believe that it is never too late to start New Year's resolutions. My biggest one is to take active steps in creating a better me through self-care and following a routine. I need to get my life together and allow myself happiness after troubles with mental health. I've decided to document my journey towards being a better version of myself to keep myself accountable.
