I told her, "No, we have no control over your spilled drinks, & we are not a library for you to borrow clothes. You damage it, you buy it." The floor manager confirmed this.
Also, Mrs Palmer is a terrible employee because she just treated badly to the owner who was going undercover. Then, she put all the stolen merchandise in her locker to blame other customers and to keep the stuff to herself. Employees must understand the situation in shoplifting and managing the department store.

If I was shopping in that store right now, I'd be dressed in a simple $5-$20 t-shirt, "cheap" jean or even gym or tennis shorts, $10-$20 flip-flops or sandals, no make-up, undone nails, and hair in a ponytail with a few strains unkept due to the wind outside. I'd also be carrying no small, $20 purse. I'm not thin (though not plus-size either. I'm a size 16-20 depending on the individual item and how sizes run). These sales ladies in these videos would probably throw me out because they'd think I look like a "poor" person. We're I come from, my look is "VERY" normal, even for millionaires who prefer "causal", comfortable looks when not required to dress semi-business causal for work. All the costumers they discriminate in these videos are normal department store costumers where I live, while the preferred stereotypes are the exceptions.
When I worked at Chico's, there was a jealous, vindictive, old lady, who would try to snatch my customer, then get all pissy, when I snatched my customer back, at the cash wrap. She barely graduated high school, & couldn't stand it, that I had 2 degrees in fashion design, & could perform better than her.
One thing I have to say about the first video don’t ever judge a book by its cover so before you think about doing that thing about what I just said and watch out people because you never know if you’re getting argument or a fight with somebody who they may not be because you could be stereotyping somebody that a police officer, and you don’t know it so just watch out and someone please explain if it doesn’t make any sense Have a good day to anybody who is listening to my paragraph.❤
