I have two helmets, one works just fine with this one, the other one becomes pretty much inaudible above 60-70 km per hour. It's more of a helmet issue. I am using these since 2019, it's a non USB-C proprietary jack in my units.

Did you know you put the usb plug in the wrong way. The cable end should be facing forwards not backwards 0:35

@@khrisstake2210 I’ve read it in the manual or on another video. The set works fine in my case when the plug is put in the other way around :)
Sounds like you have a wind problem. Does the helmet fit loose or snug?
