Tech. Sgt. Lacey Mathews, 403rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, talks about her life as a woman maintainer at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. Mathews serves as a WC-130J Super Hercules crew chief, who is responsible for the overall care and maintenance of the aircraft. At home she is a mother of three.
