Shut the whole lot down. ...........Come back the following morning. Load the g-code, find the g-code line then 'Run From Here'. Would the work piece 'zero' position be saved as part of this technique? I.E. would I need to worry about re-zeroing? Is your 'offsets' the same as my 're-zero my work piece'?
Too bad you didn't do a vid to save g53 in M4. When we shut down the machine coord dros get zeroed next session. Its an awful "improvement"

Yes. The G54 is saved. You home the machine and your workpiece should be already set as per it was before shutdown.
