I have a hard time release old programming of me hating my body for how it looks..feeling it in my bones. Every pms-period it gets harder. I'm letting go of victimhood... being reactionary. It has been easier for me to sit back and let life happen to me versus getting into the driver's seat. This has been a tough pill to swallow but this medicine is freeing.

I was able to do the cinnamon ceremony 9/18 late night I also practice blowing cinnamon towards my entrance to my home every month so I really resonated with this ceremony. I am working on changing careers and at almost 49 it’s been scary. I’m trying to release patterns that have limited me. I am also at the end of my bleed, being in pre menopause I skip months so I was actually happy I got it during this lunar cycle. Thank you again and be blessed! 🪙🌕
I'm struggling to fully let go of my now ex-husband. We were married on the new moon exactly 15 years ago today. I left him Jan. 1st of this year and our divorce was finalized in June. Quite fitting that the year we end, and what would have been a total of 20 years together (15 married) goes out on not only a full moon, but with an eclipse. I also just started my period yesterday. Go figure. Out with the old and in with the new as they say right? I have never seen any of your content before and I too, am an herbalist. I would really be interested in talking more about our journeys and how they may be aligned. Thank you for your light 💕

I’m on my period and it’s weirdly scanty this month. I do have an IUD but recent periods had more flow 🤔
This is actually common for my clients. This is a sign of something is in balanced in your life.
