Saroj, I fully share your Surprise and Appreciation for this lovely story of a Odia Adivasi Jhia returning to her Village after 30 years. Although she did not know the native language but I am sure that she was mighty happy to see her Roots.
Interestingly, few White couples have adopted Odia kids from Ashrams. I don't know why they come here to adopt. Why can't they adopt in their own country? Very strange!
Another interesting fact is that an English film, Lion, was made on an Indian kid adopted by Australian couple. When the kid grew up he too had visited his Village.
