I get when people say “this is just what I needed” after watching a video like this. It’s an inspiration that crosses over into many areas of our life. As I’m journaling notes from these speakers, I’m reminded of a purpose driven life that echoes into how we invest in our own actions. What a great video. *This is just what I needed today!
I believe trading is one of the hardest endeavors a person will under go because it goes against what a person has been taught. Trading is 80% mental, and 20% charts, indicators, price action but as a trader we spend many hours looking for the next best indicator that bring in the money, or watch many you tubers on how to profit in trading by using this stragety, or that; if one will take that same amount of time an just work on your mental aspect of trading you will come out far again in the game. Working on fear, confidence, hesisation, self esteem trust me you will be ahead of the game how do I know that was me at one time. Dig deep inside yourself an ask yourself questions don't be afraid to answer them.

I've really been working on mindfulness this year. 2 things that've really helped me: using 10-minute guided meditations (you can find 'em on TH-cam) when I feel myself starting to tilt or inverse-tilt (when things are going *too good)...and Something Tommy Angelo mentioned here, using a periodic timer; If I'm scalping I use a 2-minute Tibetan Bowl, and I take two deep breaths when I hear it. When I'm swinging (intra or inter-day) I use a 5-minute timer. Definitely helps keep me in the now, and that's the best time to be when trading.

George papazov is the real deal in the game , i have learnt so much from him he really changed my perspective in terms of trading psychology ..

One also would need to believe they deserve and are entitled to money or they will not succeed
I blew up my account in July when I didn't knew a thing, and since then I trained myself & have I learned a lot... but to this date, I am unable to fight that fear...
Make sure your strategy is precise and tested. That will reduce fear. I'm here to help if there's anything!
@@DesireToTRADE My strategy is a decent one, I have back tested it, it works 7 times out of 10, in paper trading but as soon as I try it with my money, I close it out of fear and most of the time trade goes exactly as I had in mind... even though I am trying real hard but to be honest, I am unable to find that confidence again which I lost after loosing everything that I had in my account. But probably it will get better as time passes, thank you for your kind words means a lot.
@@D3Mi69D Start small. You can use a broker with no minimum trade size and only trade 250 units. Then move to 500. then 1,000 and so on.

I find not starving to death works for me.
Trading mindset, trading psychology... emotions... discipline - gentlemen, come on... Today, it's futile... and I'm still wondering why so many traders continue to discuss it. Most, if not all of them, remain trapped in the trading cycle. They have a strategy that works occasionally but lacks consistency. A good trading strategy generates profits and can be automated. Why spend the entire day in front of a computer, stressed out, trying to catch a few pips when a computer can do it better, with greater precision, speed, and without stress, and so on and so forth? Do we really want to emulate such a lifestyle?
Automated system is applicable for few days... Then it does not work.... Psychology mixed with computer can do wonders
meditation is mind in silent or we call empty mind. its not how to sit or how to feel the body.
calm and go deep inside our mind. good method is the simple method everyone can do it .. even no feet no arm ... that s why lady buddha said.. mind move or flag move? mind be still.. you will feel god....
