Are yogas applicable for divisional charts like D9 as well? I've seen some of the astrological apps giving yogas list w.r.t all divisional charts as well. Do they make any sense or give any results?
Yes but as I understood, yogas doesn't mean no struggles. You need to see entire life in totality & you never know what future holds for you. Kings face most troubles than common man. And you never know where will you be 5 years from now!!

i feel male here is the sperm and female is the egg, so your discription is more apt to define that agni/vayu defines the nature of the sperm and egg is fixed, does not move and count is defined at the time of birth itself, rep by earth/water. I humbly disagree on how you define man/women as that is not applicable in this day and age :) sir.
