She looks really good, I love the flatter hair and her face looks even better with the fixes! Also, for an easy Civil War Black Widow, you can just put the Snow Suit Widow’s head onto the Endgame/Infinity War body because the suit underneath the vest is the exact same as the Civil War costume. Black Widow’s Snow Suit costume is actually more accurate for an Endgame version, but just all in black with some small red details.
Just by the looks of it, i`d say swap out the legs from this figure for either the Infinity war or End game widow`s legs. They definitely should have reworked the hips on the re-release.
What you ask for is basically the version from the Crimson Dynamo BAF wave, a wave partially inspired by the BW movie. Although the face paint differs slightly from the snow suit head, and suit is a different color, they're completely the same sculpt.

Idk if anyone has said this but the only thing new with this fig is the chest and the arms, the rest of the body and heads are all old. Otherwise, great vid 👍
I wonder why film companies and toy companies don’t work together in a way that if the film company has the technology to scan a head, and a toy company to print it out…
I think Ken is a talented stylist who can help anybody improve one’s hair no matter in shape or colour. The heads of Black Widows look gorgeous.
Ken is bold to cut out some hair to make it look flatter. The orange hair makes Black Widow look more attractive.

The effect of the minor fixing of the suit is obvious. The defined details can be seen now. Even the whole suit is black, it looks not that dull.

I have a suggestion. Would adding a tiny blob of Glossy varnish onto the eyes make the faces look more realistic? Or would it just mess up the faces?
I’ve tried it a few times. I think a tiny amount works best. Otherwise it may look too glassy / reflective

That knockoff BW can be turned into Maria Hill. I've always thought the white suit BW is better off as Sharon Carter.
Maybe if you remove the hair and sand it down on the inside, it might look flatter like the movie without modifying the outer strands. Just a thought.
