Update to my answer in the webinar regarding how to check whether your SFMC has SAP implemented - there is an easier way now: Go to Setup -> Settings -> Security -> Domain SSL Certificates -> You will be able to find there all purchased domains (SAP and Private ones) and confirm that they have SSL applied to them.

You listed on your website "While one SF Org can have only one integration to a single Marketing Cloud Account, you can leverage more than one Integration User on the Salesforce side for that connection. Doing so provides a few significant benefits:
The recommended limit of up to 5 Business Units per integration in Multi-Org is applied to the SF Integration User, not Marketing Cloud Connect itself. It enables you to use multiple SF Integration Users in a single SF Org to connect dozens of Business Units (up to 5 per User)."
For this configuration, would the same API user in marketing cloud be used in conjunction with different API users in the CRM?
