Lovely! While in Ireland its winter In summer! We have had a very cold summer this year! 12c average in May, June and early July.

@@LilyTraveling Eastern Norway (South-eastern, where Oslo is) and a large part of the south coast usually has better weather in summer than other parts of Norway. And Oslo has regular periods of low to even no winds, due to the location with hills around, and mountains that block eastern Norway from the Atlantic. So at least most years, with a few exceptions, I'd say weather is better in Oslo and down to the south coast, than in Ireland. The weather there isn't too far away from some of the better areas of Sweden, in summer. With slightly colder winters.
