We did Boating in the Reserved Boat and the view of Narmada River flowing through Marble Rocks is just amazing.
There is an Temple just next to Nauka Vihar Chaunsath Yogini Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is one of the four major extant temples containing carvings of sixty four yogini, female yoga mystics. It was built in the 10th century under the Kalachuris.
There is a small market in Bhedaghat. Bhedaghat also has few Hotels & Restaurants. Nearest town Jabalpur is well connected with Land, Air & Rail with rest of India. The Best time to visit Bhedaghat is Sharad Purnima. Best season is from September to March.
After doing the Boat Ride We started our journey towards Pachmarhi. From Bhedaghat to Pachmarhi the route which we took is Bhedaghat - Narsinghpur - Gadarwara - Pipariya - Pachmarhi. The distance is 240 Kms and it took around 6 hours to reach Pachmarhi from Bhedaghat. The Road condition was fair all along and there was no Toll Tax on this route. We paid Rs 50 while we entered Pachmarhi Cantt, This charge is for entering the Pachmarhi Hill Station.
