Olusola i am job hunting as well ... in my country.. and yes it gets so discouraging.. but i keep applying. i did online applications and i am going to walk around the city and search and drop off resumes.. you not alone in the job hunting lol! i pray for both of us to receive a job in the mighty name of Jesus!

Buy a vehicle cover and always use it during winter.

You need to get used to the fact that winter will always be there. February is usually the coldest month of winter. Once any one chooses Canada, you choose everything that comes with it. 3 months of summer and 6 months of coldness end of story.
