@@sharononeill6477 Woah I misread!!! VERY IMPORTANT! So voting YES on this amendment means the state gets to "Limit the application of the homestead exemption" with an opt in or opt out? and a vote NO means our "political subdivisions" are UNABLE to opt in or out without their "certain procedures?"
This is not adequate information on Resolution 1022. The ballot refers to an 'opt out' procedure that will allow municipalities to ignore the resolution by meeting certain conditions. Meeing conditions may prove to be obtuse by obscuring or not properly vetting notifications.
VOTE YES ON THE EXEMPTION and NO TO THE TAX COURT!!!! Two things the world needs less of: taxes and courts.

The 20k exemption applies to small businesses, not personal property.
It says personal property on the ballot
