Was Kula that badly nerfed? I see most top tiers still getting played even after nerfs, but Kula and to a lesser extent Rock seemed to have been dropped like hot turds.

@@MrsGiggles her gameplan really hasn't changed much, but the EX Tatsu nerfs making it unsafe and uncancelable into extensions ob seems to have sparked people into switching off.
If you have to turn your brain on for confirms, might as well get a little more rewarded
