1, 2, 6, 7 is for field battle.
1, 2, 4, 7 is for rally.
1, 2, 3, 6 is for garisson.

For now yeah, the dev has fixed it. They fixed a lot of that now, so after buying with gold, need top up. It is better to stack the tickets for getting first chest unlocked if you're F2P.
