Please limit your water consumption as it is very addicting, not only that, but all people who have drowned have consumed it in the past hour. It causes sweating and wrinkling of your hands and bunch of other things.

They’re meant to give you energy before a workout or replete your sugar stores after one. As such, they’re very high in sugar which is fine if you’re burning it off, but most people eat them as a snack
