Hi you need to run a vpn on your phone and spoof it to be in the US then set up ECG. Once it’s set up on the watch you can change all tour settings back to the UK.
@@duncan.scobie you need to make sure that gamin connect is set to US, your garmin account( log in from a computer) is also set to US and the vpn on your phone. You may also have to change setting on your phone to take false location from the vpn. I use an android phone and I needed to go to developer setting to allow spoofing. Once it’s all done it ECG works. I’ve have accomplished this twice on a venu 2 plus and a new venu3. It is the same process as for the Epix. All things being even it was a lot of effort for feature. I’m in NZ which also insist supposed to have ECGs. There are several tutorials on TH-cam on how to do it
@@duncan.scobie I had the same issue with my samsung phone, i have used Fake GPS application and VPN with USA location, and it didn't work, then i've enabled "Plane mode" and it worked.

Tried that ...it new I was not on the usa.
