  • In a dynamic dialogue with entrepreneur and [retired] political activist Rob Hersov at BNC#6 in Hermanus, the BizNews favourite delved into the intricacies of South Africa's political landscape and the impending 29 May elections. Hersov emphasised the potential formation of coalitions, foreseeing a delicate balance between the ANC, DA, and Patriotic Alliance. He underlined the paramount importance of protecting property rights to avert economic collapse and also touched on foreign influences, economic strategies, and the role of leadership in advocating for change.

    Listening to Rob and reading some of the comments I realised one thing about this country, we are a racially divided country and are possibly regressing back to racial segregation of some sort. We are obsessed with wanting to choose sides( DA vs EFF or PA) instead of asking ourselves one simple question, how can we create a South Africa that will work every one irrespective of where they come from. We must be honest about whom amongst needs more help and assistance. Create an environment of equal opportunity for all. Remember win or lose ,a war will always have casualties on both sides……

    • @RungeCarl
      @RungeCarl 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

      I differ. What the ANC and the EFF have not understood is that South Africans and I speak of mainly young South africans, do NOT regard skin colour as important. That has been the miracle change that few understand. In short, we are all tied of race classification dressed up however you ,like i.e BEEE and all what we want is the rule of law and opportunity to better ourselves.

So in short brother start thinking along the lines of what’s the interest of the majority of South Africans. I do not think a minority party like the DA would know or understand anything about what the rest of South Africa needs. But the main aim of the DA & MPC is to rid this country of the Communistic ANC/SACP/Cosatu. Oil & Water do not mix as Neil de Beer of the UIM said. Communists only look after the party AND NOT THE PEOPLE. That is why we should all stand behind the DA or MPC contenders. We cannot have another 5 years of the ANC. They will never reform.

    Its clear so let us not make up stories to suit a narrative. Any were it depends with which master you are serving.
