Regardless of who Adeboye is...people can only follow him as he follows Jesus and if he steers away from the Lord Jesus...every true believer should walk away and focus on the Lord Jesus Christ who is the author and finisher of our faith.

God prompted me to leave RCCG just over two years ago , maybe 9 months before the pandemic began. I couldn't understand the emptiness, and loneliness I felt in the church I'd once so loved, and felt I belonged to.
Everything in the services rang hollow, and God told me clearly to "leave and not come back". And now I know why. I was not aware of this situation with RCCG until today.
God does not play about his children, and whilst I cannot speak for anyone else, I think the eyes of everyone should be on GOD alone, firmly. The preachers and pastors and apostles we held dear, are now corrupt.
I left the RCC because they do not preach the Gospel of our Salvation, 1 Corinthians 15 1-4 which saves. We are forgiven, Ephesians 1 7 and 2 Corinthians 5 19-21 and all we need to do is believe in Jesus Christ's finished crosswork and we will be sealed with the Holy Spirit of Promise, Ephesians 1 13-14.

October 2013 the Holy Spirit revealed to me Adeboye wasn't who he portrayed to be publicly. He revealed that he had a mistress behind the scenes. I was shocked and struggled with the revelation because I thought he was legitimate, especially when hear him speak so calmly. There is no lack of supply of knowledge from God.
