Therefore Brit should still edge out when it comes to np regen (which give how much battery you can throw at them from supports isn’t that big of a deal) TLDR: Brad has an easier niche to hit and bigger base damage. Being able to Black Grail loop, should be a basis to make a Servant to go at B at minimum. Especially more so if the units isn't Arts so it should be held higher.

I think it’s good that Brad is a modern looper now, however if she gets another buff in the future, I hope it would be more unique. Perhaps a taunt for one turn that when she is hit, charges the party a bit. Or NP damage resistance

Honesty the tell buff is pretty cool. Basically if any enemy has an evade in their kit you will be rewarded with a pretty significant boost. Might still not be as nutty as robin having his own easy 100% uptime pmod, but its a pretty damn cool buff i think.
Seeing William Tell getting this buff instead of Billy who hasn't had a single buff since he came out all the way back in year one hurts lol. They really do everything they can to try and forget he and Geronimo exist at all don't they 😂
Billy np is kinda meh even with Skadi/Oberon his main issue is that he doesn't has a true power mod other than two crit modifiers and his star absorb is really bad 😞. I want him to get more love.
@UshiwakamaruEnjoyer I have a grailed lvl 108 Billy that I use a lot and there are three problems I usually run into when bringing him out: he can't gen stars to use for his crit buffs, his crit buffs only last one turn, and his kit is literally *only* crit buffs paired with a battery and one turn of evade. Most supports you would use with him can shore up one or two of these weaknesses but never all three (Skadi and Oberon can give him better up time on buffs but still no decent way to gen stars, Edison or others like him could help with star gen but then leave him with just his one turn of crit up, etc) so you're never quite able to make him consistent, always just missing that one piece to the puzzle that will really let him pop off without having to just rely on the ring stars aligning and giving you the exact combination of cards, stars, and buffs up on the same turn also at a moment the opponent doesn't have an invuln up or something. I'd really like to see a higher up time on his marksmanship, a star bomb/gen, quick up, or some combination of the three because really he is just one solid buff away from being a really solid crit nuke servant for cqs. Dude just lacks consistency and nobody wants to give it to him lol
If all of geronimos skills were targetable and the buster up gave a 15% 3t atk up or 30% crit up, quick gave a 20 starbomb or 1 turn evade, and arts gave 30% np gen 3t or a 30% bat he would be decent as 3 low star flex support since his np isnt horrible. Or if they wanna not make him a support, idek, theyd have to do alot for that. There are servants who have all 3 skills on a single skill lmao, and Type:Earth has his entire kit as a passive albeit 30% still lasts longer and has much more to her. His skills having 1 turn durations and 5 turn cooldowns for a single effect is insane. Billy though, billy is a crit monster even when solo, he just needs a damage mod that isnt crit and maybe either stargen/starbomb/star absorb. He has insane crit damage, but only one buster card which tanks his damage potential. If his first skill had either 1t 40% quick up or 30% atk up to help with damage, and maybe a star absorb or 3t 30% stargen on the bat since most 50% 6t bats have and extra effect anyway. With those he would be possibly the best 3* archer while not being unbalanced. He has a 50% bat as a 3 star on standard 6t 50% bat cooldown(though lacking an extra effect), a 120% crit up, and another crit up+1t evade. With the right set ups you can get over 250% crit damage, I think even around 350%. It seems like the chain buffs have helped him (and many quick servants) out, a step in the right direction, though it didnt conpletely fix any quick servants that needed it. He is one buff away from being the best 3* archer, hope he gets one.

I like the earth powermod because, as a Hokusai enjoyer, I've noticed earth seems to be much more common on non-servant mobs than man. Tell's buff is nice but still frustrating that unremoveable evade makes him lose the powermod. Lasanga loves to throw unremoveable buffs at us, a removeable evade will just have to be a servant randomly using it as a skill in most cases.

For the 2* Caster I would guess Chen-Gong because: 1- The devs don't really care about making bad units actually playable, Bradamante was an exeption because no SSR should ever be bad; 2- The devs may want to give Gong a buff just because he's popular and get grails very offten.

I just checked. William tell gets his power mod even if the enemy doesn't have an evade. I think this skill acts like Robin's skill if the enemy doesn't have an evade.
He doesnt get the power mod if they dont have an evade at time of skill activation, it just places a check on an enemy in case they do activate an evade at which point the “Marking” power mod becomes active for the three turns

Bradamante Can actually black grail with triple skadi, sure she can't deal with irregular nodes like Brito can, but she went from the dirt to this, its exactly what she needed, and having a different niche than britomart makes her deviate from just being a worse version of her

I'm a Quick stan so I've like using Bradamante on NA despite having NP5 Vritra (don't ask, I don't know how it happened either). Turns out, I rainbow rolled Bradamante yesterday on JP while rolling for Morgan. That spook really pissed me off at first....but I DID get Summer Morgan eventually and now I find Bradamante gets buffed too? Sheeeeeeesh what a stroke of luck lol.
To make it simple for william tell If enemy has evade > mark is an Extension so even if enemy evade gone, mark act as evade 2nd part is just a check, if enemy doesn't have evade it just gonna say "No effect"

This is unreal. Just a week ago I heavily needed a Lore to upgrade Oberons skills, and i happened to have a bradamante that i never used. I checked that she wouldn't get any upgrades in the future either, and burned her. I'd still say worth but man what a timing!
I personally want Archuria (Summer Altria) to get a rank-up quest. Her NP has always been good but her skills are insanely lack luster compared to servants now a days. Her arts up which is A+ skill is worse then William's arts up while also being a turn longer than his. I may be coping because shes my favorite servant but I believe she deserves a buff. Shes been out for 7 years now on jp, I'll always have a place in my heart for her though.
I hoped for a robin hood buff, that guy didn't receive anything, apart from his lack of third skill, since release (and he's still good for a 3* archer), but I'm just simping, william probably needed it more than him

I was hoping the rank up was for Lartoria, so I was kind of disappointed. Her awful day 1 Charisma skill makes my eyes burn every time I see it. Cross my fingers the second SSR Lancer rank up is for her, but if ends up being for Karna, I wouldn't mind that either.
I know there are others who need it more, but crossing my fingers for the other SSR lancer to be buffed will be Scathach's 3rd skill, cause it breaks my heart to have it be essentially useless against non divine/undead enemies

Another kind of buff that isn"t related to np looping is also fine as long as it's good.

@@kallemort Their 3rd skill mana burst is also outdated, by making it 3 times 3 turns like Mordred could help a bit but what they really lack right now are battery. Arjuna does have more battery but it takes 5 turns of 10% each turn to reap all of the benefit and the cd is 8 turns unlike Karna which takes 6 turns making him suitable for Koyanskaya Oberon system if his battery is increased to 30% and Koyanskaya w/o Oberon if 50%. As for NP, Karna has anti divine and 3t 20% buster down post damage while Arjuna have insta death and 3t 20% def down post damage. np wise. Divine mod is more useful but still Arjuna is only far better off in CQ while Karna has the potential to buster loop if his battery gets buffed.
I hope the other lancer is karna. Originally he was one of my favorite fate anime characters. He’s only 5% gauge away from being able to loop Ik he wont be crazy good but I just wanna use him. I do have Melusine ,tamamo, eresh (np4) oh and an np 5 valk. So theres no use situation for him

She still needs a NP buff. This just lets her loop the way she's supposed to. The buff numbers could've been higher as well. It's unfortunate that they gimped so many quick aoe servants around Skadi's release.
Still way worse than free lancers like mary anning, they could had added 30% charge on her first skill and made the arts/quick aoe. Would let her 6-slot as a wave 1 clearer + loop quick better.

Tell is still reliant on his opponent using Evade. He has no way to force it, and not everyone uses Evade (and the main one that does is a Lancer). At that point, why use him over someone with a better Damage Mod or just a higher rarity one?

Bradamante Can actually black grail with triple skadi, sure she can't deal with irregular nodes like Brito can, but she went from the dirt to this, its exactly what she needed, and having a different niche than britomart makes her deviate from just being a worse version of her

I'm a Quick stan so I've like using Bradamante on NA despite having NP5 Vritra (don't ask, I don't know how it happened either). Turns out, I rainbow rolled Bradamante yesterday on JP while rolling for Morgan. That spook really pissed me off at first....but I DID get Summer Morgan eventually and now I find Bradamante gets buffed too? Sheeeeeeesh what a stroke of luck lol.
William's skiil buff is nice. Evasion if they don't have it, Marking if they do. Either way, you getting that sweet bonus damage.
To make it simple for william tell
If enemy has evade > mark is an Extension so even if enemy evade gone, mark act as evade
2nd part is just a check, if enemy doesn't have evade it just gonna say "No effect"
So is it a bug that I'm getting his power mod even if enemy doesn't have evade?

This is unreal. Just a week ago I heavily needed a Lore to upgrade Oberons skills, and i happened to have a bradamante that i never used. I checked that she wouldn't get any upgrades in the future either, and burned her. I'd still say worth but man what a timing!

I personally want Archuria (Summer Altria) to get a rank-up quest. Her NP has always been good but her skills are insanely lack luster compared to servants now a days. Her arts up which is A+ skill is worse then William's arts up while also being a turn longer than his. I may be coping because shes my favorite servant but I believe she deserves a buff. Shes been out for 7 years now on jp, I'll always have a place in my heart for her though.

I was hoping the rank up was for Lartoria, so I was kind of disappointed. Her awful day 1 Charisma skill makes my eyes burn every time I see it. Cross my fingers the second SSR Lancer rank up is for her, but if ends up being for Karna, I wouldn't mind that either.
Even if he admittedly doesn't need it, it's worth noting that Cu Alter is one of the few servants who still has an un-upgraded Guts.
I know there are others who need it more, but crossing my fingers for the other SSR lancer to be buffed will be Scathach's 3rd skill, cause it breaks my heart to have it be essentially useless against non divine/undead enemies

I'm still hoping for Arjuna and Karna buff, both are very underwhelming in current content especially Arjuna. 25% battery to 30%/50% battery for Karna & Arjuna please Lasengle...however Arjuna still could not loop even if they increased the battery because the cd is too high. Another kind of buff that isn"t related to np looping is also fine as long as it's good.
I'd say Arjuna is far better off, his skills are great. Karna needs at least a battery and first skill buff.

Not only it would make lorewise for Karna's NP doing insane damage, but also it's would be something entirely new.
@@kallemort Their 3rd skill mana burst is also outdated, by making it 3 times 3 turns like Mordred could help a bit but what they really lack right now are battery. Arjuna does have more battery but it takes 5 turns of 10% each turn to reap all of the benefit and the cd is 8 turns unlike Karna which takes 6 turns making him suitable for Koyanskaya Oberon system if his battery is increased to 30% and Koyanskaya w/o Oberon if 50%. As for NP, Karna has anti divine and 3t 20% buster down post damage while Arjuna have insta death and 3t 20% def down post damage. np wise. Divine mod is more useful but still Arjuna is only far better off in CQ while Karna has the potential to buster loop if his battery gets buffed.
Nah, I think Melusine'll get the buff next, Karna should be equal with Arjuna as he is now

Tell is still reliant on his opponent using Evade. He has no way to force it, and not everyone uses Evade (and the main one that does is a Lancer). At that point, why use him over someone with a better Damage Mod or just a higher rarity one?

It's for enemy version (simulating the 20-30% targetable battery). That's what the little snake icon by it means.
