We need changes with the current gear and respect system. Players are forced into Rise to War 2.0 and given 30 or less for some features to completely convert their accounts.
This had lead to many people making mistakes and losing actual value in their accounts.
Here are a few ideas of things that could happen to help alleviate this:
1. A one time do-over, where players can select to have their account put back to the state is was in when 2.0 officially launched. [This could be monetized, although it shouldn't have to be. Many players would spend $20 to have access to something like this that would ultimately lead to them bettering their account and experience in 2.0]
2. A one time reset to all relics in the game. Many players have lost gear due to not understanding the new re-forging mechanic, and while some have contacted support and gotten assistance, some have been denied. A simple fix is to do a one time breakdown of every unique. Players who want to can choose to forge the same relics, but those who don't want to aren't stuck.
3. We need more respect conversion vouchers. They should have been unlimited like the hammers. At this very least, vouchers should be purchasable in the end of season shop just like the hammers. This would allow everyone to slowly make changes if they want.
I agree with everything except monetizing option 1.
@@josephplagge6883 yeah I don’t love it but If it meant we’d get it instead of not I’d be fine. Mostly trying to illustrate this game can make plenty of money if they give players what they want.

How about a rollback to 1.0. Provide a process to convert golds back to old 1.0 style. Same with respect. Bring back 1.0 completely and get rid of this debacle known as 2.0.

There is major runaway experience issue too. We have heavily active "purple gear players" tops level 43. While fighting whales who are at level 48-50. The blowouts only get worse as the season progresses. Proposal: No experience gain for winning matches that the average level gap is greater than 2 levels.

@@derekdmr762 I spent some last season but not nearly that much. OUCH. But you were smart to walk away while you could. I decided to try this season and 90% sure I won’t play afterwards.

I messed my account up pretty bad just trying things out and trying different commanders, and then couldn't fix it so I just walked away

I have submitted the form and shared it on various platforms. It is disheartening to see players investing their hard-earned money only to encounter unnecessary traps and obstacles. I have come across numerous instances of broken accounts, which is truly unfortunate. Nevertheless, I appreciate your efforts in addressing this issue.
Now i have phobia to strengten and refine any gear... troops lose can conscript again , weak can refight ... its doesnt matter... but gear been wrong do ,,,,.no turning back...
Low to medium activity means there is no point in playing the game. My commanders are level 40/41 and every one of the players im fighting are level 50. There is no way i can level up my commanders without waiting a rediculous amount of time.
The relic feforge is the stupidest thing I have ever seen. Is 3000 gems not enough for them? We also have yo lose most of our gold gear too?
The second stupidest thing I have seen is the fact that I now need 40 r3 items to upgrade my r2 commanders past respect 10. Basically a t3 invite and then some. The amount of greed the devs are showing is unreal.
I mean i get that it was a part of the game, to make good choices in the transition period and people who did better choices should be ahead a bit, but some of this crap devs do is ridiculous. Like players not being told relics can't be easily dismantled, people accidentally deleting all their gold gear with no way to get it back and worst of all lifting those race restrictions which went through after most people already converted their gear.
I agree full ability to change gear and commander respect at this point wouldn't work because it would result in 99% of players running the same 4 meta commanders with same build, but at least they should correct mistakes made by them not giving players adequate information or changing rules mid-month.
I’d pay a good Penny for a reset like they did. I definitely lost value on my account from not understanding mechanics and what they did to oath breakers I have a KOD that is zenith 1 that is worthless almost 6-7 respect tokens went in to that. SMH
Done, I agree with everything.
I think 2.0 has a lot of potential and I like some of the changes a lot more than 1.0. But some issues are really annoying, especially when it comes to the gear update to 2.0. I also think that purple items need to be buffed by at least 20% ...
I will submit the form as well. I made a few gear mistakes. I accidentally converted my 2 Dragon Tooth necklaces by mistake which was kind of a big deal once I realized that I had done that. I don't mind owning my mistakes but this was a huge learning curve for most people myself included and I had asked if they could do an account roll back and they pretty much told me to kick rocks. What's done is done. I had made a few other mistakes as well which prompted me to ask them to give me some sort of forgiveness. Like most I had given this game the last 2 years of my life and quite a bit of money on top of that. Since they told me what is done is done I decided that I was done as well. I just couldn't continue with the game sadly. And I just couldn't get in to the formation stuff immediately I really kind of dislike it but I could have learned to embrace the change over time. I still miss it but it is what it is. If they do decided to do something like you are suggesting I would probably return. I'd even pay to take my mistakes back for sure and give 2.0 another try. Till then I'll wait and see...Good luck ATME and thank you for being such a pillar of the community.

The Devs has given us 30 days to adopt our game. So do not expect them to do another event. They want most likely to start earning money before Christmas.
They won’t get anything if people are scared to invest in to anything knowing it could change on a dime like oath breakers
Just want to say thanks as a new player I struggle to understand everything this is my second season. But I am running a lurtz the shadow gtw and gorbag getting much better numbers on damage now. Cant compete with big boys on server but feel like I can hold my own with other new players now. until I can rank up my dain and saruman this be my main. Appreciate the info and the effort you put in keep up the great content 👌
We need evil mathoms to only give evil respect etc items. I spent a ton for myself to get the undying invite after 200 mathoms only to get Thranduils invite....this was the other mathom chest option. I was furious! Also got 3 other invites on the way of epic tier all in good factions on a evil account in an rp always account and server....
I like your suggestions though! But Evil only and Good only mathoms is a must or im out.
The mistake I made is to first update my old equipment and then take it apart, so I can no longer use the individual fragments to plug them into the converter!
I completely agree with you. But it seems to me that an item needs to be added to this list. Let me explain, since season 1, players have invested reputation in the hero’s T3, about 9000, to open it, and thus the developers took all the effort and time from the players in 2.0.
Need a complete commander rework. God formations are unkillable
I played a couple seasons of this ftp in 1.0. I'll probably stay ftp but I just want to know if the game is worth it? I believe I stopped because I didn't have time the way I did the first season. I love everything lotr and I love strategy but is it much strategy or is it just a bunch of whales partnering together and wiping everyone.
So I'm just in a fresh 2.0 seasion ... 2.0 everything BUT the 2.0 movement function and more like I still move like 1.0 or was it changed back ?
Nahhh no suggestions. Quitting this game and problem solved.Enojoyed it as it was.Now the devs without asking even the players changed the whole game and made a new one. Nopppeeee sorry.I would even say I want my money back as a refund since you can't refund me the time I spend on the previous game ,I choose to invest in. But not on this one. If it was in the beginning as it is now, I wouldn't have started at all. But that is my opinion

A lot of your ideas would be nice, like the one time 2.0 reset.
But I don’t know how doable any of them are from a coding perspective even if they wanted to.
And then there’s problems with what happens to hear I’ve gained during the season I’ve played.
Not hating on the ideas just pointing out that the devs saying no necessarily them not caring about the players. It’s likely just not possible or prohibitively expensive
Devs don’t care about the players bro otherwise 2.0 wouldn’t exist
