Great vid dude... as always...... I've been running triple cauc, goliath, with 2 Kapkans for raids at 11k... it totally kicks ass on raids because the AI all have exposed cabins..... And a smaller version of 2 Caucs, one kapkan + goliaths is pretty strong at 7k PVP too...and you can play as an art build due to the goliath 'armour' Its not a highly skilled weapon to use.. but it means you can lock on, and just concentrate on your positioning (keeping enemy shots just hitting the tracks not your cabin and sneaky kapkan placements to keep the dogs off you...
I run, a goliath build at 7k, hot red, ruby, kapkan, and 2 cauc..... the kapkans stop people out-turning your guns... ;)... but yeah ur right... without kapkans your too slow and get screwed by dog, or fast builds

At some point when you’ve played long enough, raids become less and less about fun and more about coin. After 2000+ raids, I’d say there’s only two weapons that can beat the Caucasus energy for energy on console, retchers and porcs,
@@AegisAuras also helps multitasking in battle like having 2 keys for my 3 caucasus one of them shooting drones down and the 2 others keep on shooting the enemy like a mini leviathan quitefun to play with and gives a very strong advantage.

Also, as a south american player like jbrider, that has a min ping of 110 ms in NA servers and 180 ms in European ones and God knows how much in Russian ones, these weapons can be more rewarding and fun.
Caucasus have been a very good weapon for too long, I got 4 of them and want to upgrade them. They excellent in raids and pvp. Best used with Goliath tracks. And do not worry, they are not OP. I beat them all over with Hulk Cannons, autocannons and so. They work as a support weapon. Use them with radars.
Mean looking build, but I don't think it needs a wedge. The train plow provides great armor but the PS wasted on all those blades could be better used around the cabin. Still the build seems pretty effective and the wedge does complete the look. Nice work.
The wedge gives him a chance to catch and hold people, that Genny was unlucky really. And because tracks handle the same in reverse he can ran backwards away from targets while keeping the guns and armor on target and peppering with DMG. Tracks can make for some wild playstyles.
@@dannyblazenko5928 Tracks are great no argument there, you don't need a wedge to push people around when you're on tracks. This is just my suggested alternative because Caucasus aren't ideal at close range where a wedge can be useful. Removing the row of blades and adding a bumper to the train plow should still leave plenty to add armor to that vulnerable cabin while still allowing some ability to catch and hold enemies if necessary. To each his own, though.
I just have a love of wedges, I caught a guy just right the other day and got his Genny with my blades as he was coming up the ramp and insta deleted him for first blood, was awesome.

Ai weapons are as strong as the aim ones. Makes sense, I would expect all epic, 4 energy machine guns to perform similar in pvp. The fact is that there's a counter play to everything (or almost) in this game

Add a radiator to that and you'll be gold believe me. really worth it since their last change. Ps : Also this has nothing to do with caucasus but oppressor engine perk works very well with emily's and i assume corvo with the amount of health the engine has (higher than colossus )it could easily be used as armor on the front of car or hover this +the potential of reaping through builds with emily's or disarming everyone with corvo's sounds really fun you should try it out.
Did you create this yourself? Seems like a compact, effective build style, with decent synergy. Only thing that might make it a touch better would be to have more power, either from a better engine or a heavier class cabin. I feel that would make it have the correct maneuverability to match its size and small tracks. Regardless, very interesting design!

@@theJF7 Exactly. 1 purple radiator and 1 purple Cooler and Caucassus fires almost non stop. Bulid with 2 Caucassuses and radiator plus Cooler can do almost the same DMG then bulid with 3 Caucassuses without them. But i rarely Play with it. Its super easy mode. Boring. Its much more fun to get good score with non meta bulids.
2:51 you make reference to how much damage the weapon does...ignoring the fact the target you were shooting was heated and also you chose the cab that increases damage? so the number shown are not even remotely a true reflection of the weapon itself. Perhaps it did get a quiet buff damage-wise, but the turning nerf was totally unnecessary and also, they weigh nearly 900kgs each and yet have pitiful structure for that weight...why?
Good protection and staying behind to not take to many hits always makes caucasus op as a support weapon. Also ramming the enemy /moving around him helps too.
If they were overpowered they'd be used more. They are not. It's a pretty easy test to make. I find that triggers x3 is a the most powerful weapon in random battles. Maulers are pretty powerful too. But caucasus no

I guess my biggest issue with the auto target builds is that, if all you have to do is drive, then at least try to be good a t that and have situational awareness. lol if you are one of those rare few who can fair play mate.

fighting Caucasuses is not PVP its PVE theres so many goliath Caucasus builds at 6k those players are so annoying but easy to kill because they are just so trash at the same time
Caucasus on goliath is overrated in my opinion.i prefer mobility way more with my caucasus than beefy tracks that goes down from a few porc shot or easily disarmed by other player due to low speed.

They are fantastic for raids. Put them on legs so you have higher line of sight to the enemies. Makes the grind less taxing.

I believe oppressor engine perks help the reload on corvo and since corvo is all about aim and disarming i'm pretty sure it could make it nice.

Hay JB you should give the Quazar another look to. It got a buff where the farther a targets distance the factor the next shot will reload.
