Ive been listening to your videos the last few days while i work, and while i know im not getting even half of the full experience because im focused on work, i find i am much more relaxed, and focused while i work. Im also more able to deal with the stresses of awful bosses and coworkers too 😅The combination of your gentle voice, the music, and the carefully quiet sounds you make with your hands and the sheets etc. are perfect for me. This weekend i intend to fully experience one of your sessions at home in the comfort of my safe space.
