Since Clem has been with many groups (Ellie only 2) Clem has more experience socializing and getting people to trust her (plus she isn't as traumatized as Ellie), which isn't an important skill unless you're in a group, then it will be life saving. So overall, Ellie is more badass and a better fighter, Clem is more diplomatic and a better leader.
