Yes of course they are paid to appear, but they are still risking their money and any profit is a bonus......they wouldn't pay the amounts they are offering here if you turned up at their premises.
I think Tim is very shrewd and tries to pay as minimum as possible of all the buyers and seems tighter than all the rest of the buyer he stands out from all the rest because of this it is a shame
