B7R is biaxel, B9R is multi Axel, but on the rear, 4wheel set are in the rear and 2wheel set in the front also length is 13.7. 9400PX is has B11R chasis, length is 14.5mts hence longest buses when they had lauched!!!! The difference in the rear axel is that they have 4wheel axel in the front which is there in the video and 2wheel axel at the rear which is also streeable!!!!! Hope its clear. Also longest bus now is Mercedes 15m SHD!!!!! Oh and yes. After BS4, we have 9400 in 3 models but only 2 chasis. Speedometer just shows you the indicated speed. That dosent mean that engine is not powerful. Nomally buses outside are restricted!!! Hence only 120kmph on the speedo. But if you unlock them the can go to 140!!!
People still do not believe in putting on indicators while changing lanes, mindset has to be updated along with technology, I'd fire that bus driver on the spot.
