7:45 Oh yes, that's a very common thing in hotels. Say you're a larger family and need more than one hotel room - you can just get a joint room. I've stayed in hotels where the door is locked, and where we've actually used that door (on a cruise ship when my grandma came along with us).
Oh and another thing my mother works for the holiday inn and they do sometimes donate their old but good condition furniture to other hotels that isn’t as popular. Just saying
