Go to scripts, Resource Repackers, import-a-sound, click the audio file you want (it has to be a .wav file), and voila, imported sound. Its an entirely different thing to play the sound, but thats how to import an extra audio file.
it would be kinda funky if you moved this over to gms2 if you knew how to use it
