Nice lifts, I like this set up when you can see the level doors slide past. And good to see level 13 which they skip in the USA. Beautiful motor room, quality equipment and awesome sounds. Great lift surf in the later part of the video. I take it that you work in the lift industry.
I'm glad you like it! We don't skip floors here in Switzerland, it's generally rare in Europe. I've seen it once in person in Germany though. These innerdoorless lifts always fascinated me when I was a kid and I still really like them. They're something you don't find very often in other countries.

Und die Motoren wurden von Elektromotorencenter Thun überholt. Ich denke, die Anlagen werden so noch lange bleiben, denn hier wurde viel investiert.

Zwei Türseiten und dazu noch fast die Hälfte der 10 Haltestellen als Kurzhalte.
Nein, die originale Relaissteuerung flog hier 1999 raus und damals gabs noch kein TH-cam. 1999 wurden auch die neuen Tableaus mit den DMG Knöpfen eingebaut. Was 2019 passiert ist, ist folgendes: Die BP302 Steuerung von 1999 wurde durch eine neue BP408 ersetzt. Das merkt aber niemand, der den Schrank nicht aufmacht, da hier wirklich nur das Steuerungsboard getauscht wurde. It is very interesting, how I see, two electric motors and one of them is a collector, and between them there is also a brake drum, did I understand correctly?
Both motors are 3ph asynchronous AC motors. The one with the brushes is for fast speed has its rotor windings open and they are connected to the large wire resistors ontop the gearbox. When the lift starts, the resistors are bridged by the contacts at the back of the resistors at 5:18. With the resistors between the rotor windings, the inrush current is lower and the motor starts slower. On large freight lifts with that setup there are even more contacts and they close very slowly.

No, these lifts don't have a chime. Most lifts in Switzerland have neither a chime nor a voice.
