This theme is SO narrative starting at 5:55 Peter’s usual melody of heroic flourish can be heard quieter than usual, more of faded echo (fitting this point in the story he’s exhausted and falling from form) in between that same bone-chilling orchestra we hear when the Symbiote first revives him. Each time that chorus kicks in, the returning Peter melody is longer and more fluid, symbolizing how he thinks it’s making him better, but in the version of this soundtrack before he gets the Symbiote off, it builds up to an overture that feels dark and alien and just doesn’t match the tone of the rest of the song. Until he gets the Anti-Venom, where this track returns but without the darker drop after the buildup. Instead, the Peter part is more fluent and unhindered

In the first 2 games, the higher you swung, the more layers would appear during the track. In this game, those extra layers appear more when you open the web wings and sprint up skyscrapers instead of simply being high up
