The shot was 144 not 114. 151-144 and maybe there was a hidden shot after that. Notice if you one shot a mob damage wont show on their head meaning killing blow show no damage
my archer died the same way except it was worse, i got hit for 300 mkay seems normal, then i i just died to a 700 shot i guess because i had 1000 hp and it was my archer rpe with gross :/

The death makes sense its just the game delaying not showing your hp if you watch slowly you see that your at 134hp before a shot hits you that deals 144hp its the games fault big gay.
