I opened up my online journal and asked my higher self for a message. I picked a spot on the screen and stared at it and opened my heart listening for something. All a sudden I felt a lovingness come from me and it surprised me, I had never felt that loving towards myself before. Then the message came through, this is how you connect and receive the messages. So I wrote that down. Then I went back to listening to the first guy and he spoke about how you would know its your higher self from the loving kindness feeling! amazing how things line up!

Faith is truly the only armor against the enemy. As a single mom things are hard on me both of my sons are autistic and I’m constantly struggling to provide the basic necessities for them especially now that I’m homeschooling them my hours to work are limited. But I KEEP FAITH IN JESUS! People have put me down over my situation but God lifts me up! I suffered an heart attack two years ago and I’m battling lupus my health isn’t the best. Yet God gives me strength. I will keep faith as I constantly struggle to pay bills and I constantly struggle to buy groceries for my children not knowing if I can pay my rent keeps me up at night. The devil wants me to give up. I will not! God Gives His Hardest Battles To His Strongest Soldiers. Jesus is King and I will serve him no matter my struggles.

Wonderful conversations ... as much as I'm grieving for the sudden loss of my 23 year old son 3 weeks ago, I still have so much to be grateful for .... for the past 3 years I would wake up and call upon the blue flame of Archangel Michael 3 times .... and felt the power with me throughout the day .... the day I found my son deceased, I knew that Archangel Michael was with me, as was my son .... as painful the physical separation is, I know my son was a lightworker and his contract was up .... and to all of those who are grieving for their loss of a child, I send you all my love and prayers that you will be comforted in knowing that they are still with you ... and it was their choice to go when they did .... they are home now ...

You once questioned why someone might choose to be born into challenging circumstances, and I've pondered the same for quite a while. I was born with a genetic issue that took 52 years to diagnose. It's been five years since I had to retire due to my disabilities caused by hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS). As EDS is multisystemic, I've also developed Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Atrial Fibrillation, degenerative disc disease, and fibromyalgia. Needless to say, I've learned to live in the present moment. Only recently have I come to realize that these challenges have been a gift all along. There are certainly tough days, especially during a flare, but my disabilities have granted me the time to pursue my passions without many restrictions, aside from what my health allows. Though I can't stand for more than 10 minutes before my pulse spikes, I've discovered that I can accomplish a lot right from my recliner. Approaching each day without a fixed plan, I let it flow naturally. Some days, I engage in graphic design, take online classes, create videos or music, chat with friends online, or simply watch TV. Of course, I always make time to watch your channel. Every day feels like a gift, and I strive to extract as much joy as possible from each moment. I want to express my gratitude once again and send you my love. Your channel has been a tremendous source of inspiration for me and countless others.

As a little girl I wrote poems on the soul that confounded elementary teachers, I ran very fast, I was always so obsessed and concerned about war, I felt so bad for people involved, I was worried the US would be harmed by it one day, I longed to learn piano. And could figure songs by ear and I could not stand to see people or animles hurt. "Why " I'd always ask, why do we hurt one another .. why are they mean to me? Why my mom or grand do this or that...? I obsessed about these things and felt such intense discomfort from a young age about this. I also have had paranormal experiences since childhood. Never possession or being taken over..I was truly pure love, so much has happened to try and take that away. Ty for the advice, I just want to help and heal. But I still struggle on how to truly do this. At times it seems I can't do this for myself

Being a long term meditator who has learned to speak to my higher self in the form of symbols that I see I asked a few of the same questions you asked your guest. Why do people come in this world with illnesses or disabilities that take away from there quality of life. The answer I got, is its not about them. They are doing it as a favor to those that surround by allowing them to show compassion and expand there love. In a world where our imaginations only extend to our births we are limited by the long view of the soul. Knowing that all pain is temporary, and love is eternal. Any act that enables another to bond experience by commonalities and show compassion is a test to those that surround. A child may come into this world with a mental handicap but its only looking at it from our perspective in comparison. They are by no means less than anyone and may have a simplistic answer for some difficult questions that others would over look. It takes a world of many differences for us to respect the commonalities. I do agree that our goal is to achieve love and move towards source energy that survives death. The same energy that created all of existence is what we are to strive towards in life by creating within the feeling of love will only create a better existence for all.
Alex!!! You’ve done it. It’s like saying you upped the game for putting it together beautifully. I could say we should have biannual talk show to remind us to be on our desired path to greater awakening. Namaste o❤❤❤

I actually stopped the video and did the writing from my higher self. I've only done this once before, more as automatic writing. It astounds me, the responses I get. It's always clear, kind and good natured. It kind of freaks me out, but I'm going to do this more.
Wait until you read the messages later. You won’t believe how applicable the messages will be to whatever mood you happen to be at the time of reading. I often find it incredulous that I ‘write’ it. I never get as much out of it at the first reading as I do later. It is simply amazing and I have been moved to tears many times.

As EDS is multisystemic, I've also developed Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Atrial Fibrillation, degenerative disc disease, and fibromyalgia. Needless to say, I've learned to live in the present moment.
Only recently have I come to realize that these challenges have been a gift all along. There are certainly tough days, especially during a flare, but my disabilities have granted me the time to pursue my passions without many restrictions, aside from what my health allows. Though I can't stand for more than 10 minutes before my pulse spikes, I've discovered that I can accomplish a lot right from my recliner.
Approaching each day without a fixed plan, I let it flow naturally. Some days, I engage in graphic design, take online classes, create videos or music, chat with friends online, or simply watch TV. Of course, I always make time to watch your channel. Every day feels like a gift, and I strive to extract as much joy as possible from each moment.
I want to express my gratitude once again and send you my love. Your channel has been a tremendous source of inspiration for me and countless others.

As a little girl I wrote poems on the soul that confounded elementary teachers, I ran very fast, I was always so obsessed and concerned about war, I felt so bad for people involved, I was worried the US would be harmed by it one day, I longed to learn piano. And could figure songs by ear and I could not stand to see people or animles hurt. "Why " I'd always ask, why do we hurt one another .. why are they mean to me? Why my mom or grand do this or that...? I obsessed about these things and felt such intense discomfort from a young age about this. I also have had paranormal experiences since childhood. Never possession or being taken over..I was truly pure love, so much has happened to try and take that away. Ty for the advice, I just want to help and heal. But I still struggle on how to truly do this. At times it seems I can't do this for myself

One thing I have grown to understand is that no one is qualified to judge another persons pain, whether it be physical or mental 🙏
Being a long term meditator who has learned to speak to my higher self in the form of symbols that I see I asked a few of the same questions you asked your guest. Why do people come in this world with illnesses or disabilities that take away from there quality of life. The answer I got, is its not about them. They are doing it as a favor to those that surround by allowing them to show compassion and expand there love. In a world where our imaginations only extend to our births we are limited by the long view of the soul. Knowing that all pain is temporary, and love is eternal. Any act that enables another to bond experience by commonalities and show compassion is a test to those that surround. A child may come into this world with a mental handicap but its only looking at it from our perspective in comparison. They are by no means less than anyone and may have a simplistic answer for some difficult questions that others would over look. It takes a world of many differences for us to respect the commonalities. I do agree that our goal is to achieve love and move towards source energy that survives death. The same energy that created all of existence is what we are to strive towards in life by creating within the feeling of love will only create a better existence for all.

I actually stopped the video and did the writing from my higher self. I've only done this once before, more as automatic writing. It astounds me, the responses I get. It's always clear, kind and good natured. It kind of freaks me out, but I'm going to do this more.
Wait until you read the messages later. You won’t believe how applicable the messages will be to whatever mood you happen to be at the time of reading. I often find it incredulous that I ‘write’ it. I never get as much out of it at the first reading as I do later. It is simply amazing and I have been moved to tears many times.
