I have the 2017 RC. I took out the insides from the silencer and I installed the cat a laminator on it. Are use the map from the 2016 model with the same exhaust you have on yours. That map actually works really good even though it’s set up for the stock filter and I have the K&N filter. I was really impressed. In first gear the front end comes off the ground a little bit. It didn’t stand a chance of doing that and it’s stock configuration.
You gotta love how Jack builds the most unassuming shit and turns it into a total monster. That's what I like to see! Anybody can have a fast leader bike.
I love these RC390s!!!! You can’t open a liter bike up to much on main roads, but you sure can ride a small bike fast on main Roads. Please make as many videos on the RC390 as much as you can. Thanxx for sharing such awesome videos man!

The easy way (but costly) is to buy a new filter bracket. It holds the filter in place but isn't covered, so more air can flow into the filter. The way I did it is to use a Dremel tool to cup the top off for free. I have a How-To video on my channel, if you're interested. :-)
Got a 390 duke and installed a pcv, however the bike wont shut off properly(the display stays on) and i can even turn the bike on without the key in, i have to use the kill switch then turn the key to off before it will turn off properly. Any ideas?

I know these bikes are super lean from the factory and I wanna do the mid pipe delete and coober airbox but do I need to increase fuel ? Or does the power commander do it automatically?.If it is a tune you made and you still have it I would love to purchase it from you and download it.Hopefully you see this... thanks
Hi jack I also have KTM rc 390 2k16 edition ..... I m planning to upgrade for pcv ...... Before I was using powertronic but I damage engine alot n had to rebuild it after ever 7-9k km .... So my question is pcv is safer for bike or it will also spoil engine..... Reply asap
The tuner decides how aggressive you will be with the bike and tunes accordingly. I’ve had great results with the pcv thus far and highly recommend it for tuning.

Runs like a dream and I put 2000 miles on it in the month I was able to ride it (until the front brake engaged randomly in the middle of a turn, stood the bike up and I low sided into a guardrail).
