The Primemill beats the MCXL in most aspects meanwhile. Biggest downside is after several firmwares still the huge sprue, for inlays a constant catastrophe.
I love the mc xl and the cerec system , i have 1 mcxl and 1 Mycrown by fona ,very thanks Dr for your opinion, you are my idol in the chairside dentistry
The Primemill seems like the absolute best chair side zirconia mill. I’ve only recently gotten a primescan but i want to upgrade to chairside milling soon. Seems to me that I should invest in the primemill and then find a second hand MCXL for glass ceramics
When transitioning to a ceramic mill, the primemill does a good wash of the milling chamber. The EF mill in the primemill is the best (and reasonably efficient) and is how I now mill most of my ceramics now. Just a thought. You may do well with just the Primemill if you stay with the EF mill, which is the best mill yet with ceramics.
@@KlimDDS I have a Primemill getting installed this Friday. Thank you for all the free education you provide on TH-cam, I may have to come to one of your CE courses before too long.
Yes, the Primemill is working well, particularly for Extra Fine Mill for ceramics, and absolutely the best for zirconia. Outside of the 1.4 bur on the left, it works well but could overmill for lower anterior full crowns. No overmill with Zirocnia, though.
Thank you for sharing this and asking the team at DS to maybe refocus back on the customer experience. Its a Win Win when they do.
Thank you for your honest opinion, a reall good video again! Love to see more about the prime mill and your ways of improving the settings etc.
Thank you, Dr. Klim, for what you do.
Hi doctor please if you have time i want a little video about C In CREC bloc especially about the final shade🙏❤️
Great insight from James, greatly appreciated!

Hello Dr. Klim
So is the desired smaller bur available now? Or not yet?
@klimdds how about for hybride ceramics like Vita Enamic, does the primemill is a good milling for that?
Thanks Dr. Klim
What about primemill fast mill for emax? Less than 8 mins sounds good to me.
Love your videos.
Thanks Austin, all the best, keep striving for excellencies!
I see this video and I think “One day” I will have this machine. But now I have my cerec 3 😂
