idk i cant believe that it can be that simple ERL=OLD HIGHS/LOWS,IRL=FVG, weekly premium-discount,then 4h we draw premium-discount and see which liquidity was taken on left we mark premium-discount and target opposite liquidity . also while waiting for displacement and MSS .THATS all so why I am still ...OH GOD. what am i missing .BTW THANK YOU

very interesting video, thanks for taking time to explain this topic. i prefer to use daily charts for drawing FVG's etc. than weekly, so would you say i still use 4 hour as lower timeframe for entering? if no FVG shows up on daily, what do you recommend ? search for one on weekly chart or drop down and search on 4 hour for FVG, what i mean is does it matter what time frame you find a FVG to trade into, and i presume the external points are to be on the same time frame as the FVG is drawn?? thanks

some swing highs/lows will also be IRL if you look at them as inside of a bigger swing. So things can get a bit confusing to some.
all depends on which TF you are looking in this he showed we go W>4H for daily.
@@ssshatam but there should be imbalance within the bigger swing, regardless if there are highs and lows inside. you target the imbalance.

So, how many trades did you / would you actually take in that entire example? You don’t go down to lower TFs to find entries? I’m just curious because that is a long-ass period of time, and if you only took the last run down, it seems not really worth the wait.

Dude, I’ve just came across you this week and you’re gold. I’m currently studying the 2022 mentorship and this type of content is definitely helping me understand it all much much better. 🎉
One observation, though. On 4:50 you state that no candle closed below the previous swing low; however, I’m 100% sure ICT did say this requirement was not mandatory, i.e., a wick would also suffice to validate a shift in market structure.
What I do see, though, is that the three down candles that break the swing low do not have any FVG on the 4h timeframe, therefore we haven’t yet fulfilled the market structure shift according to ICT.
What do you think?

the break of that swing low had no candle closure so for me personally it wasnt a valid shift in structure

hey sniper i have a question, thank u for the video btw. so I see every time price moves from an ERL to IRL and vice versa, we have a fibunacci retracement which is shown and represented on the vid as the green and red boxes with a 1:1 ratio. so my question is, once price fills an FVG do we redraw our fibbunacci retracement tool to fit the NEW wicks or do we use the original retracement that we drew at the beginning? I am assuming we redraw it every time price fills an ERL and moves to the new IRL

For intraday trading you prefer using 4h timeframe as Higher timeframe persepective then 15m for structure inside of a IRL or after taking ERL?

The only problem I have with this model is still about entry timing. I entered at killzone but most of the time it gets stop hunted then goes to where my DOL is. Any advice? Do I need to move to NY killzone because I usually trade london and people have been suggesting to move to NY killzone.
Yes move to New York that's when most Liquidity ( money ) flows.
Maybe Your stop loss are to tight
London Session typically sets LOD or HOD and NY continues on a classic buy or sell day so if you’re struggling test out it out and wait for entries post High impact news events
so many times was tricked by erl and irl where price respect to one premium irl then continues going up, even using structural alignment in itp can also failed,
How do we know its gonna respect discount/ premium array there, my current approach is try to combine fractal dealing ranges, when both their erl and irl points to same direction its higher probability?
What you want to do is identify the impulse swing that tags ERL / IRL
If its on the daily chart and we take ERL you measure premium and discount of the impulse swing that takes out the ERL then you anticipate price to draw down into discount of the impulse swing IRL
