i really like mafuyu dub, especially knowing who is the VA behind Mafuyu. Mafuyu VA originally covered Mafuyu’s songs in English version because his songs inspired the VA about his past relationship. I’m saying this as someone who love the JP dub, and only watched mafuyu EN dub as clips, and I really really like his voice when he sang in the stairwell as EN dub, because for me, the feeling VA put in it is so closed to JP dub as well. And yeah, I got sad when many people hated that part :’( Oh well, as some character said from the Given, not everyone understand your feeling even as in a form of voice you wanted to convey. And thats so true. Sending my love to Mafuyu VA. Extra: Mafuyu VA is Brandon, english cover singer youtuber. He is happily married with his husband for years now.

With Sasaki and Miyano and Given (and retroactively Yuri on Ice given the same VA plays Yuri), the trend to cast LGBT actors is amazing. Our community takes to the material so naturally given our experiences. A trans woman (idk if she is bisexual or a lesbian given her marriage to a woman) can definitely relate to the feelings Oenoyama has of not understanding the love he is feeling and where that places him in the world. I am glad to see other roles in this series were also casted by VA actors in the LGBT community.
All of Uenoyama's mental rants concern me on a personal level because I tend to do the exact same thing. EDIT: Scratch that, my verbal rants are probably just as chaotic... and loud... 0:48 - first it was Kellen Goff popping up in every anime i've watched recently, now it's Jonah Scott... ..... Why do I suddenly feel like this will happen a 3rd time?
