You can do that easily if you do that in smaller flute where the 7th hole for Teevra madhyam is available and reachable. But in E bass flute that is not reachable. If you want to use 'Pa' as a note for Gamaka on Teevra Ma you have to make an andolan while rolling in the flute to get the Teevra madhyam. If "Ga" is used for Gamaka on Ma then make a quick slur(Meend) from Ga to Teevra Ma. The rolling in method is not that easy as long as"to be in tune" is concerned. Direct training from a recognized Guru/Teacher is suggested
Sir, it is my humble request to you that please make videos in Bengali... For the foreigners there is a lot of resources to learn flute but for the Begalis? There is a few... Sometimes it is difficult to understand what you are saying or trying to say while you are speaking in english... Please sir, do a favor. In India there is a number of students leaning flute. Why they are getting interest in flute because they get Gurus anywhere. But in Bangladesh you will not find any best Guru who are teaching like you.That's why it is rare to find any flute learning student. Those who have interest or wants be a great flutist get recline when they get no suggestion in their mothertounge. I hope you will sir..❤

I think lower MA is played by -it is lower PA but slightly turn flute inside-towards lips .if you observe minutely you will notice same
Lower "ma" is played using 7th hole using pinky finger, not every raag needs the use of 7th hole but raag yaman requires it

Use the thumb hole of Pancham...you can do it easily on D base or E base flute
Try the pancham thumb hole. You will find it easy on any flute
