Honestly Criminality is just horrible. There have been multiple cases of admins getting away with false banning because they don't like someone. I'm gonna be honest, you're cool and all but this game is a nightmare.

It says in the criminality discord that your account is your responsibility and if someone hacked into it and you get banned I dont think you're getting unbanned anytime soon

Nah, i think he could be lying. maybe used a different pc to exploit it and such. in short, hack = ban, that's it, no matter what. no matter your account was hacked, or your friend exploit it without you knowing it. Go do 2FA on your roblox account, change to difficult password, verify your age, email and such, so you wont get hacked. his fault, noone else.

For the High rank person that got his/her acc comped I can sympathies for this person cause this happened to me once and it sucked.
Every game I played I was banned on and games such as mm2 and other that haves skins I lost all of them.
All my fronds were un friended, Limited's poofed out of existence and other things such as losing tons of robuxs.
UPDATE:I got a roll back for my limeteds and robux and most games I played I got my ban lifted but in game items were just gone.

Why didn't you unban the people which have evidence of being hacked. Literally no use for a moderator then if you handle all tickets like that just use a bot to close every ticket then. And you should still read the long text because it's your job only if you know from the start it's bullshit then you can ignore it. Even if it's a game and discord people should handle their powers carefully and do their "job".

They only provided a Roblox Email that can easily be edited with inspect element, "videos playing legally" literally means nothing because it could just be them turning off their cheats and lastly they have a bunch of their friends which could possibly lie.
