I would send these back! It is so completely unnecessary to get makeup that is in that condition. I've rarely had anything come crushed or broken. Most of the time there is bubble wrap and air bubble pillows to protect the makeup. If everyone returns the damaged items, believe me, there will be improvements as no company will take that loss for too long.

I bought all 3. My Rich palette was completely shattered upon receipt. All the others were perfect. It was broken inside there was no damage to the shipping box or any shadow anywhere but inside the plastic sleeve and the actual Rich palette. Huda sent me a replacement so fast my head spun. I didn’t have to return it I just sent them a picture. I got my new one in less than 2 days. In perfect condition. So there’s that!! I love them all. I’m extra careful with them though now.
I’m sorry your palettes came broken! I’ve been having that problem lately too- my last Ulta and theBalm orders contained broken items that required repressing. Packaging needs to be.. better and shipping companies need to stop treating boxes like they’re empty. Love the video as always!

Thanks for the review and swatches! As per usual- super professional and informative video. I can say- I have 4 Huda 9 pan palettes- not one came to me in a perfect condition. I had to ask for replacement of 2 palettes ( complete mess, could not even re-press any of the shade) and the other two- they just had one shade broken, and it was not a shade I cared much for anyway so I just let that be. They are very very fragile. I have lots of palettes and the more fragile ones ate Huda and Makeup Revolution ( have had 3 of those- every single one came broken). Have a nice day!

Yea, I was pissed off when I got my Anastasia x Jackie Aina palette from Ulta Beauty in a thin plastic bag. There was no protective bubbles on or in the the bag. It was just my palette sitting in a bag for serious destruction from shipping. Thankfully the palette was not broken. I normally shop from Sephora on line and they have always sent the items in boxes with rapping and extra paper to keep the products from bouncing around. Now when I buy from Ulta I just go in, it's not worth the time and money to have anything shipped.
Jennifer Rogerson I always order ABH from their website. Best packaging ever. But international shipping is so pricey plus custom duties are insane. But I’m pretty impressed by how nicely they’re wrapped for delivery

I would suspect the sheerer shimmers are harder pressed or have a more durable formula, maybe that’s why they didn’t break in the first place. Either way, these are gorgeous! I’m most interested in the Nude Light for the lilac vibe, don’t see that in nude palettes often.

I mean, I've had broken palettes arrive before, but it seems to me that all the shimmers were affected and perhaps they are just too loosely packed in the first place to be good travel palettes (despite the petite size). Shame that they came to you broken . I have the HB Electric Obsessions palette that’s the only one I’ve tried so far and that came fine . I love the formula of that palette so I’m really tempted to buy the HB Nude Light palette it looks stunning

I thin it also depends on your skin tone and undertone, your eyes and hair color and stuff like that. Just for reference, I have pale, warm toned skin, brown eyes and light brown hair and i feel like the medium one would look the best on me. 🤗

It’s shouldn’t be a problem!!!! Paying for makeup online and shipping should be made EXTRA careful, Ulta had to send me 3 tarte Palettes because of it arriving broken. It should not be happening. They send stuff in too larger of a box with a little bubble wrap. They shouldn’t have minimum room to move and securely packed and wrapped. Jeez !!!! Thanks for this video though lol xxx

Seems like a lot of the colors swatch much deeper than they look in the pan. Very pretty.
