right now I have the purpose of having a VM, but the thing is here it's asking subscription and also gave some credits for the free account. but the subscription cost is more than the credits I have right now. which means I need to pay some amount for the free account and free VM is that correct?

Free Trial is completely free for one month but you need to have valid credit card and Microsoft account which is not used already.

Please check if you have the public IP assigned and RDP ports allowed to connect.

Yes. It will be charged from your free credit so do not keep it run for longer period either stop the instance or terminate it.

what's the error you are getting? make sure you have enough free compute resource available in your free trial in the region where you are going to create.

Please ensure you have allowed port number 3389 for RDP otherwise it won't allow you to connect.

when you sign up for free trial subscription, you will be granted with $200 credits and valid for 30 days so within that limit it's free and after that the free trial subscription will be disabled and if you want to continue then only you need to convert it to pay-as-you-go subscription.
