Opening an account with a broker is very difficult in Pakistan. They have made it so complex you need to gather a lot of irrelevant documents just to open an account.
@Laeeq Ahmed, in this video, you talked about compounding. However, according to my knowledge, compound interest is haram because interest is involved in the process.
The talk about rental is a bit misleading because the dividend yield is annual whereas the host talked about monthly rent. But still, he is very right. You will get the house for 36lac (3 lac monthly) and get a dividend of 1 crore if the yield is 10%. Informative podcast! Thank you so much

People have huge reservations on riba including me. I will never opt for something prohibited irrespective how high return it is giving
