In code as you have 1 meter of distance with 100%
you have to code when 0.5m converts 50% and so on

after adding all this components my servo motor is sometime working and sometime not..is it because of the power supply i m giving from laptop..when i m giving supply 1st some times it is working then getting stopped only the motor having this issue..please tell me the solution..

Give power supply 5v via a mobile charger to all servo motors and ultrasonic sensors..

That's why provide 5v from mobile charger
