The issue is, Ham agrees that he took a loan from DTB and used the money but he doesn't want to pay the loan just because the people who borrowed him money did not have license to work in Uganda. Now why did he take money from the bank which he knew it didn't have license if he's not a thief??? How does it affect Ham on paying back his loan if DTB bank doesn't have the license?? Is Ham the one to cry on behalf of the government for not collecting license or it's none of his business and hence his concern should be on when to pay for the money he took
