It's really just down to luck how fast you get the evolved green arrows. Assuming you are going for top 10 score (116K+), quit if you can't get the evolved green arrow by 3:20 because you are not going to break 115K. For officers it's either SXX or Cao Cao. SXX is faster at collecting exp but Cao Cao starting skill is slightly better, and both can kill mobs offscreen if you have phoenix range upgrade.
I agree with this - 3:20~ is a good call. the upgrade only seems to be available from 3:30 onwards so you really need to use your refresh skills and get it immediately after. I'm still conflicted if SSX or Cao Cao is better - They're both equally good it feels sometimes

Unfortunately I've stopped playing this game a long time ago (more than a year ago). I mostly just play the PvP stuff. These new events are exceptions because it's fun and new gameplay
The Funny thing is - this was my very first attempt after I got to level 30 lol. I knew what I had to do - To get beyond 113k requires a bit of luck I feel. I know some people got around 118k which is not easy
