    instead of using a M5CStick or Raspberry pi Zero W, do you have an .ino file where I can just use a simple Wemos D1 Mini, or a NodeMCU, maybe a SONOFF or even a smartbulb running Tasmota?

      There’s a link to an esp8266 version in the documentation on Github. Or you can trigger stuff with outgoing webhooks!

    Please inform us for the nodejs, tallyarbiter, angular version and the model of raspberry pi you had used in this video because all of my attempts with a raspberry pi zero 2w had driven to fail with any release of them. There are build issues especially with Angular and heap memory fails.

    • @techministry3655
      @techministry3655  ปีที่แล้ว

      The tally arbiter server is probably version 1.x given the date of this video. The pi0 is only running the Python client, the server was running on something more substantial. Could have been a pi3b+ or even a desktop Mac or pc.

    • @techministry3655
      @techministry3655  ปีที่แล้ว

      Rewatched the video. Not even using a pi0 in this video. The server is running on a Mac.

      @@techministry3655 Thanks a lot for you reply. I appreciate it. You mean that there isn't a way to build the server including the UI in a raspberry pi. I need something with a very small factor for transportation reasons.

    • @techministry3655
      @techministry3655  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@christheodoropoulos6007 absolutely you can. Just not a pi0. Get a real pi

    • @christheodoropoulos6007
      @christheodoropoulos6007 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@techministry3655 Yes I prefer the tiny factor of a raspberry pi model. I have build issue with the pi zero 2w when it compiles the Angular based UI with the heap memory error. The pi3b+ has the same 512 ram so I think the same issues with specific part of building. Probably a pi 4 with 2g or over memory. What's your advice?

    Is it possible to run it on a Synology NAS? (node is available there)
    Can you make a video on how to install it? THX

    • @techministry3655
      @techministry3655  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry, I don't know much about Synology. I'm sure there are videos already made about how to get node installed, and once you get that done, you should be able to follow the instructions I've already made to install with node. Good luck!

      Thanks for your comments here and on the other videos. :) As I mentioned there, please request this over on the Github repository: github.com/josephdadams/TallyArbiter/issues and we can see if it is a possibility. It all depends on what API options are available with Studio 6.
