Ik I've never seen kpop people telling idols to gain weight (except for when beomgyu from txt was like 30 pounds underweight and that was an extreme) so I love changbin watching out for I.N., Hyunjin, Felix, and Seungmin since they are all underweight and he has a really healthy approach to body image

Changbin is a great coach. He explains each exercise, shows how to do it and corrects mistakes. He cheers everyone on, encouraging them to overcome their limits, but doesn't force them to overexert themselves. He doesn't criticize or ridicule if someone fails to do the exercise (he is only slightly disappointed or surprised, but continues to be understanding and kind) He pays attention to each member. I want coach like him!
