A M Naik is a managing director of l & t company. He is 75 years old and still he is not left his post in l n t. But he forcefully fired workers, supervisors employees in l n t. The half portion of l n t company plant in powai, Mumbai are demolished [ l n t Electrical Business Group (EBG) ] and he made many luxurious residential towers on land owned by company under name of l n t reality. Company earns vast amount of illegal money through this illegal activities. This type of fraud, harassment of employees is not only happening in l n t, but also happens in many companies in India. Many people's trying to stop this financial fraud, harrassment of workers but our ministers in country, local officers are ignoring this fraud. We all need to raise our voice against this fraud atleast in social media. Otherwise, how Achhe din will come?
I think this is a distortion of truth . Any business leader will need to take difficult decisions.. and many companies have monetize d real estate . So there is no point in blaming Mr AM Naik for this ..
Mr. Naik's contribution to L&T's present position is parallel to Great Tata. In my case I served L&T for 26 years and one fine day at my age 53 years was asked to leave and I didn't commit any fraud. Even when my mother was in hospital and i was in office only to receive message about her demise at 8pm. I narrated the misfortune meted out to me and send detailed letter to A.M.N's office which is not even acknowledged. Today I am 61 years and till not come to terms with my life. I lost 5 years of service and retirement at 58 years could not happen. Today I am helpless and don't even have Health insurance. No doubt he is a great person and it is my misfortune that I am punished for no fault of me.
