Also, on the note of the "unpaintable" plastic, I couldn't fit everything in the video so here's a bit of extra info. I called it "harder-to-paint" in the video as it's still possible to paint with your usual acrylics. But the reason they don't do this is because painting factory paint onto that material usually eats up more budget. Even by creating a different coloured plastic part made of the harder-to-paint plastic will eat up some budget too. It's why we see SS86 Hot Rod with only one coloured part made of that plastic - being yellow. Your reviews are really good! It's sad he didn't come with more accsories, especially that tire. You should try to get yourself a Red Cog for some extra weapons! They're very versatile.
Appreciate it, it means a lot! 🙏 Yea, the accessory department on this guy isn't 100% there but after you play around with him more, he easily becomes a nice and fun fidget former. And yea, I should get a Red Cog! I'll see if I can score one!
it does seem kinda rough how he has black windows when you look at 86 prime with the blue but honestly i feel like its really easy to get over. im just glad theres nothing transparent in this lil dude, would turn every transformation into a mess of stress
Yea, it hurts the blue-windowed consistency across a lot of the SS86 figures though yea, not much of a bother in this case. I assume they went with black windows because of already having to use that harder-to-paint black plastic for the limbs. By adding another colour (blue in this case), it would add budget which is why I imagine they settled for black windows instead. Haha and so true on the clear plastic lol! My Legacy Bulkhead already has stress marks in the inner torso tab after the second transformation so I'm super glad we didn't see a repeat of that lol

Honestly even with the odd bits he looks so cute and playful I still kinda want one
You should get one! At first, he may seem like a mixed bag because of his price but once you have him in hand, it's a whole nother experience!

@@bliotoyseveryone needs a red cog in their lives, even if they don’t realize it yet.
So glad I found your channel by rewatching my own vids lol. Subbed!
Appreciate it haha! 🙏 Checked out your channel too and subbed as well! Love your reviews too man! 💯
